That being said, let's get to Jaaxy now!

Starting a website starts with keyword research.

Let's first define what a keyword is and how to research it.

A keyword is a phrase somebody has a question about and is looking for an answer to.

It is a question that is shortened by two, three, or maybe four or five words.

For example, if someone is typing, making money online, training, or losing weight. 

These are all questions that someone is looking to get answers to. And having a solid keyword tool to gain insights into your audience and what they are looking for is vital to the success of your business.

There are several keyword tools out there that provide you with data related to:

Keyword Research and Management

When searching for a keyword or a key phrase, I look at the Average Searches per month that the keyword receives, how much traffic I receive on Page One of the major Search Engines, how many competing websites I am going against, what is the keyword quality indicator and finally what is the SEO Score for the keyword. This is when I use JAAXY to measure all the above parameters.

Avg: Average number of searches that the keyword receives per month

Traffic: Visits to your website if you achieve first page rankings in the Search Engines

QSR: Quoted Search Results: The number of competing websites ranked in Google for this exact keyword

KQI: Keyword Quality Indicator: Green is Great, Yellow is OK, Red is Poor.

SEO: A score based on traffic and Competition, the higher the score, the more likely you will rank for this keyword on the first page( scale of 1-100)

DOMAINS: Availability of domains that are related to the keyword

In this example, the search term is dog training

Let's take a look at the metrics here

AVG= 35,713. This is the number of searches per month.

TRAFFIC= 6,072. This is the number of visits you receive if you achieve page one of Google.

QSR= 310. This is how many websites compete for the keyword.

KQI=Poor

SEO=1

Looking at the metrics, it will be tough to get organically anywhere with this keyword.

Even though the keyword receives over 35,000 per month, you will get 6,072 visits to your site if, on Page One, you have 310 websites competing for the term with an SEO Score of 1. Therefore, Jaaxy recommends against targeting the keyword. 

On the other hand, 

Look at the search term dog training collars and dog training tips.

AVG= 7,502. This is the number of searches per month.

TRAFFIC= 1,276. This is the number of visits you receive if you achieve page one of Google.

QSR= 164. This is how many websites compete for the keyword.

KQI=Normal

SEO=78

These are keywords that have decent amount of searches per month and are relatively easy to rank for according to JAAXY.

Related Keywords

Another very excellent feature that JAAXY provides us with is the feature called Related Keywords. The main keyword you are trying to target can be very competitive at times, but looking at related keywords to your main keyword can reveal some golden nuggets that you would not be able to uncover otherwise.
We are going back to our example of dog training.
Let's take a look at some related keywords that JAAXY displays.

As you can see on the right column under Related,

there are several other keywords that JAAXY suggests digging deeper into to find some keywords that are easier to rank for. 

Upon clicking on one keyword, dog behavior training, I came up with a list of new additional keywords for this example.

After digging deeper and finding the keywords you want to go after now, you can save them to a list and start looking for a domain name that is available within JAAXY.

All you have to do is to check the keywords off and hit the search button under Domains to see if .com, .org, or .net are available.

It is a neat little feature that keeps your keywords and their data all organized in one place.

And as you can see for dog behavior training you have .net and .org extensions available for purchase

Keyword Metrics to Follow

What metrics do I recommend looking for before targeting the given keyword?
Most of all, the keyword has to make grammatical sense. We don't want to target keywords with good search volume and low competition that are not constructed grammatically correct. Later on, this will cause issues with the content on that keyword. So, choose your keywords carefully.
If you are starting with the website, I recommend aiming for 75 searches per month and 30 to 50 competing sites for competition. Later, when you have enough content and establish some authority in the niche, you can probably shoot for a QSR of about 100 to 200.

AVG= 75 searches per month

QSR= 30-50 sites competing( if a new site), 100-200 sites competing (if an established site with lots of related content on the keyword).

Niche Research

Let's first define what a NICHE is.

A NICHE is a group of people interested in something particular.

When choosing a niche, it is essential to go from Very Broad to Very Specific.

Let me give you an example.

We are going back to Dog Training.

Dog training is extensive.

You have hundreds of dog breeds and specifics you need to follow when training them individually. Maybe the basics are all the same,

but you train a German shepherd differently than you would an English Bulldog.

Do you see the difference?

People who are looking for German Shepherd Training would be a group of people, a Niche,

within the broad Dog Training Industry.

The reason you want to focus on a smaller group is to be able to maintain your focus and cater to all their needs with greater insight.

Let's take a look at another example; 

A group of people interested in BABIES.

It is too broad.

We don't know if they are interested in infants or toddlers, boys or girls; we don't know their age group or specific needs.

In other words, you want to break it down and define their specific needs when determining the audience. 

On the other hand, 

A group of people looking for Speech Therapy for their three-year-olds would be a very targeted niche.

Or a group of people looking for cribs for their infants.

These are very targeted groups of people who are in a great niche.

Of course, they are very targeted and may be smaller,

but still, it is a massive group of people, and there are MILLIONS of people looking for help.

Niche Competition

Let's talk about the Baby Niche for Competition.

Did you know that there are 175 million babies born in the World every year?

Do you think their parents are looking for online information and solutions to their problems?

You can bet all you have.

From baby strollers to organic food, you name it. 

The demand is extremely high, especially at those numbers globally.

There are not enough solutions to help those people out with their needs.

This is where you come in with your niche website.

Use Jaaxy To Brainstorm For Niche Ideas

JAAXY is an excellent tool for brainstorming and revealing niche ideas.

If you don't have a niche you want to target or do not have a website and do not know what to promote,
one of the main features that can help you come up with an idea within JAAXY is the
Brainstorm feature.

Brainstorming goes through all the major Search Engines,
including Google Trends, Alexa Topics, Amazon Bestsellers, and Twitter Trends, and comes up
with the hottest trends. This feature is updated daily, so you work with new data.
Using this feature, you can develop many different niches, products, and ideas.
Isn't that amazing?
And once you see something you like, you can add them simply by hitting
the + sign next to the subject to your Brainstorming Queue
to browse and narrow it down for a more targeted search.

Another very neat feature that JAAXY has is the ability to add your niche ideas. 

Let's say you have three different niche ideas you want to explore and build a website around them. 

Let's say you want to sell organic baby food, promote a dating site

and build an app store.

All you have to do is to enter those ideas and save them to your brainstorm queue, and you are done.

JAAXY will then automatically save those niches for you in your Keywords Module.

Once you enter your ideas now, all you have to do is to click on the 

"+Add to Brainstorm Queue" button, and you are done. 

Let's take a look.

Those Three Niche Ideas that you have now are saved in the Brainstorm Queue
and can be accessed from the Keywords Tab to perform further in-depth research on or to narrow it down to something more specific.
I think it is an excellent feature.

Browse Amazon and JAAXY for Niche Ideas

Another option you can use is by going to Amazon.com to come up with niche ideas
or to refine your niche research.
Let's head to Amazon.com and search for Broad Category of Toys Kids Babies and narrow it down to Kids Clothing to Girls Clothing to Girl's School Uniform Short Sleeve.
As you can see, we went from a broader category to a more specific and that can be a great niche to promote.
Now, it is just one example of how to develop a niche using Amazon.com, which took us less than two minutes.
There are millions of products and niches at our fingertips just by browsing Amazon.

Now, let's enter this information into JAAXY to our BRAINSTORM Tab
and switch over to the Keywords  to do a little bit of research to see
if we can come up with some lucrative keywords.

When searching for keywords that I would like to target,

I first sort them out by Average Searches to see if the keyword receives at least 100 searches per month.

Next,

I look at the QSR (Quoted Search Results) to see if it is Green which stands for Great.

Then when those two metrics are met.

I search for a Domain to see if there is anything I can find with .com, .net, or .org extensions.

In the above example

JAAXY displayed six potential keyword phrases to build a website around

not counting the related terms that I did not even touch.

Let me explain in more detail what the above information means.

As you can see, the keyword: teen girls' school uniforms 

will, on average, receive 4,878 searches per month.

If your site is on the first page of the Search Engines, you will receive 830 unique visitors per month.

There are only 19 sites that have the exact keyword in their URL, title, first paragraph, their body text, and in the last section.

KQI(Keyword Quality Indicator) shows excellent, and the SEO(Search Engine Optimization) offers 92, which is also great.

Under Domains, you see that all three, .com, .net, and .org, are available.

Keyword: teen girls' school uniforms

Avg: 4878 searches per month on average

Traffic: 830 visits to the site

QSR:19

KQI: Great

SEO: 92

Domains: .com .net .org

So far, so good

Now let's type in the exact keyword into Google and see the results.

Right off the bat, you can see that there are advertisers selling uniforms online.
The first one is JC Penney with deep pockets and the second one is Aeroprostale which I haven't heard of; maybe it's just me.
My first conclusion would be that the keyword has a commercial value. Otherwise, people would not bid money on it.
Second of all, you need to ask yourself if you can compete against these big companies with your budget if you choose to run a PPC (Pay Per Click) campaign.
My strategy would be to take a closer look at their ads and try to run them for a week or so to see how my site is performing. To test the waters, you can use Ad Coupons that Google, Yahoo, and Bing will give you in free advertising money.
Now, let's take a look at the organic results. Sites that are on Page One of Google organically.

The first organic results show Aeropostale on Page One, Position One.

It is a relatively big site with a moderate amount of content with different types of clothing for both girls and boys. Let's look and see if they use the exact keyword, teen girls' school uniforms, in their Title, Description, and URL.

Use of the exact keyword in the Title:

Their Title reads "Girls School Uniforms: Girls Uniform Pants & Shirts| Aeropostale."

The exact keyword is "teen girls' school uniforms." 

So the answer is No.

They are not using the exact keyword in the Title.

Now let's take a look at their URL.

It reads "https://www.aeropostale.com>Girls>Collections."

Their URL does not contain the exact keyword match either.

That is a plus for us as well.

And finally, let's take a look at their Description:

It reads: " Shop girl's school uniforms in the latest styles for teen girls.

Discover girls' uniform polos, pants, and skirts in various colors at Aeropostale. 

Does the keyword appear in the same order as we typed it into Google?

Not really.

For the sake of this example, let's say I like this keyword and want to save it to my keyword list.

You can do that inside the platform.

Alphabet Soup Technique

Another great feature that I want to show you great feature within this JAAXY Review is Alphabet Soup Technique. The Alphabet Soup section does that. If you type in a keyword, it will go through the alphabet and add variants of that keyword from A to Z.
It is a fantastic feature that will save you tremendous amounts of time if you were to try doing it manually.

Search Analysis

The final step in deciding whether or not the keyword is worth going after is to perform a Search Analysis.

Searching for this keyword and analyzing its data manually against the competition takes us to another great feature inside Jaaxy.

And that is the Search Analysis.

It is like a spy tool that helps you analyze the market within minutes when entering a new niche or expanding within the same niche that you are already in. 

It helps you reverse engineer the websites you are up against in the Search Engines.

Affiliate Programs is a cool little feature where you can find affiliate programs based on your keyword. 
JAAXY currently displays four of the big ones:

Say we want to find an affiliate program for Dog Training.
Then, you have to switch to Affiliate Programs, type in the word Dog Training, and choose the products displayed on Click Bank.

As you can see,
there are tons and tons of programs you can promote, and commissions range from 10% to 75%, depending on the program.
And you get all this information without leaving JAAXY.
That is pretty amazing.

Site Rank

Site Rank is another cool little feature
that allows you to track your site's ranking for different keywords.
You can choose how frequently you want to track your rank
and set it up on auto, and it will show you how effective your content strategy works.
For example, is your site moving up in ranks or sliding down?
This, in turn, will also track your competitor's websites, enabling you to see what they are doing differently to achieve better results.
What you can do is you can look up a keyword
and enter a domain to see where that domain is ranking in the Search Engines for that particular keyword.
Let me give you an example:
Let's assume
I am looking for the keyword term "cancel Hostgator."
And would like to know how bloggingtips.com is ranking for that keyword.

As you can see
for "cancel Hostgator," bloggingtips.com ranks on Page One of Bing.com Position Three.
It is a great way to look up your ranking for a specific keyword.
You also have the option to track this keyword Daily, Twice a Week, Weekly, Twice a Month, or Monthly basis.
And it would then follow that keyword for you.
With Lite Account, you only get 100 scans a month, however,
if you upgrade to Enterprise, you can scan 5000 scans every month.

The Commission Break Down

At JAAXY, there are three different types of Membership.
There is a Free Membership, and people who join for free get 30 FREE searches, which do not pay any commissions.
But if your visitor upgrades to Pro or Enterprise levels which happens very often,
